THE MAILMAN IS NOT GOING AWAY :: People's Frank Turns the tables on Congressional Mail Franking, eliminates most congressional free mail 'Franking,' and grants citizens free (snail) mail to any elected official or public agency through the US Postal Service.

If you work for the USPS, I am hereby publicly requesting your personal endorsement of PEOPLES FRANK, and hoping you will encourage your postal union brothers and sisters to do the same.

REGARDING EMAIL :: Additionally, requires the Federal Government to build and maintain a current Email Directory (and Public Mail Server) of ALL known elected offices/officials on all levels in the nation, and provides for multiple recipient functionality for all constituent-to-officials email.

Relieves voters from having to use webforms in constituent communications by requiring that lawmakers provide a publicly known (published) email address for the People to use in correspondence.

Additionally provides for citizen access to floor time in the House of Representatives (The People's House) by meeting certain petition criteria, for example, yielding time for a given number of signatures (petitions) in support or opposition to legislation before the Congress, and/or to propose/submit citizen legislative initiatives to the body.
